1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to i1cuci, an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and i1cuci ("Company", "we", or "platform").

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration

2.3 Account Security

All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or another party. 3Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

3.1 Approved Deposit Methods

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Deposit via the TnG app
• GrabPay – Via your GrabPay Malaysia account

All bonuses and promotions offered by i1cuci are subject to the rollover requirements specified in each offer. Rollover refers to the total amount a player must wager before any bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable cash.

For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets (RM100 × 10) before any winnings from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

4.2 Bet Limits While a Bonus is Active

While a bonus balance is active in your account, eligible wagers that count towards rollover requirements may be restricted to specific games or categories as stated in the relevant promotional terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories may be excluded entirely from rollover calculations.

4.3 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

I1cuci takes all attempts to abuse the bonus system seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture, account termination, and the freezing of all balances:

• Systematically placing low-risk bets (such as simultaneously wagering on both sides of an outcome) to fulfil rollover requirements;
• Sharing an account with other players for the purpose of claiming bonuses;

5Betting & Game Rules

5.1 Bet Finality

All bets confirmed by the i1cuci system are final and may not be altered, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent odds changes.

5.2 Technical Errors and Odds

In the rare event that odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error (for example, odds that clearly deviate from the normal market), i1cuci reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the player. This includes situations where the displayed odds clearly do not reflect true market value as a result of a system malfunction.

5.3 Sports Betting – Special Rules

For Sports Betting at i1cuci, covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, IPL cricket, and other sports:

• A bet is valid for matches that kick off within the specified timeframe from when the bet was placed;
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 36 hours of the original start time, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded;
• In-play bets are final based on the odds at the moment the player presses the "Confirm" button;
• Official results declared by the relevant sports governing body are final for the purposes of bet settlement.

5.4 Live Casino Games

For Live Casino games on i1cuci such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, results announced by the live dealer are final. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on screen and the result announced by the dealer, the video recording of the session will serve as the definitive reference.

6Player Conduct and Prohibitions

All i1cuci players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using our platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools designed to exploit the betting system;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Intentionally betting against yourself to minimise risk (hedging designed to exploit the system);
• Communicating in a rude, threatening or abusive manner towards any member of the i1cuci support team;
• Attempting to access another player's account or i1cuci's internal systems without authorisation;
• Making any false or misleading claims about i1cuci on public platforms.

7Responsible Gaming

10Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

Players may close their i1cuci account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@i1cuci.best. Any remaining balance in the account, provided withdrawal conditions have been met, will be returned to the player.

10.2 Termination by i1cuci

I1cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms set out in these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to submit the required documentation for the KYC process;
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system or any technical errors;
• A request from the relevant legal authorities.

11Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by the relevant authority.
